Careers

We consider our staff to be our greatest asset and the most highly motivated and productive in the surveillance industry.

The quality of our staff and their training has been one of the most significant drivers in the growth of our business year on year. We are recognised as the UK’s most prestigious covert surveillance and surveillance training businesses.

Field Based Operatives:

Our continuing expansion means that we have a constant requirement for a range of field-based surveillance operatives and covert camera technicians across the UK. Field surveillance operatives are predominantly drawn from our wide range of BTEC Level 4 surveillance training courses.*

Graduate Opportunities:

Working for the Surveillance Group provides the talented and committed individual with a challenging and diverse range of opportunities, including regular vacancies for graduates who have achieved a Degree with a classification of 2.1 or above in any discipline. All graduate positions are based from our state of the art Head Office in Worcester

Continuous Personal development:

The company adopts a policy of continuing professional development for all our staff. Key management positions are regularly filled through organic growth by existing office-based and field staff.

All our employees are full-time and are contracted to the company. We do not sub-contract any surveillance work out due to the nature of our business and our commitment to our clients.
