Because the majority of our staff are from an Armed Forces background, we know through experience, that ex-military personnel can deliver the skills and attitude we require from our team members and managers. In fact, it is our staff’s background that makes our company so unique and successful.

We are therefore only too happy to work with the Ministry of Defence resettlement services in supporting personnel leaving the forces. Our specialist training gives ex-Armed Forces personnel an opportunity to build on their existing skills and create new career opportunities within civilian life.

We are always looking for quality team members to join us and we use our training courses to identify the brightest and the best students and subsequently offer them well paid positions within our company. To facilitate this process we are a registered Enhanced Learning Provider (Provider Number ELC 2990) and are a Preferred Supplier for Career Transitions Partnership. The aforementioned obviously assist service leavers with funding their places on our courses.

We will consider individuals who have taken other providers courses but we feel that a Level 3 Award does not provide sufficient training to enable individuals to participate in our recruitment induction process and to that end we prefer applicants to have a minimum of either a Level 3 Certificate or Level 4 Award.
