By combining the practices, skills and experience of Special Forces, police and commercial surveillance, the Surveillance Group has forged an entirely new form of surveillance service.
Our methods and technologies mean that there are few scenarios or locations in which we cannot achieve footage. Our operatives are renowned for their ability to get closer, to take longer, better footage and to do so in a manner that is more beneficial to the eventual outcome.
We use encrypted original footage, ensuring compliance with criminal evidence taking and storage procedures. Being fully compliant with the new hybrid civil / criminal evidence format, allows our evidence, originally gained for civil litigation, to be used by the Police or DWP in criminal cases without the need for further investigation.
The extent and quality of The Surveillance Group’s footage is slowly changing the way personal injury fraud is prosecuted and it is no coincidence that two of the most important recent cases in relation to personal injury fraud both relied totally upon our evidence.
