SFJ AWARD  LEVEL 4 AWARD  IN COVERT SURVEILLANCE OPERATIONS (INTERMEDIATE AWARD)

• 5 day course advancing covert surveillance skills and tactics previously learned.
• Organising advanced foot and mobile covert surveillance.
• Conducting public transport surveillance.
• Conducting surveillance on a target who is using multi storey car parks and multiple levels/exits in built up areas.
• Dealing with the threat of compromises and counter surveillance.
• Understand the elements of the surveillance team and how to use them effectively in any environment.
• Organising counter surveillance operations.
• This SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Covert Surveillance Operations is an advancement on the Basic Award. It is a 5 day course designed around criminal activity and it will test you to your limits in order for you to become a Qualified Surveillance Operator. This week you will undertake an extensive surveillance operation initiated from intelligence led investigations, where you will need to organise advanced foot and mobile surveillance as well as dealing with the public transport systems, multi storey car parks and Multi storey shopping centres and deparment stores. As you will be following fictional criminals, you will need to be able to navigate the criminals own anti-surveillance and counter-surveillance measures. You will be following them in various towns, cities and rural environments in order to obtain the footage and information that is required. During the final exercise you and your team will be tasked to undertake a counter surveillance mission over watching and securing another surveillance operation in order to keep those operatives safe and secure to complete their objectives. Its not an easy week, you will be tired and fatigued but you will be ready to undertake future live Surveillance Operations.
